Directions
On a summer night, when you are relaxing at home, and watching FIFA , TV or whatever you prefer, why not make a fairly easy appetizer with a glass of white wine or a cold beer. Clam with Cucumber only needs total 10 minutes to make it, steps are so easy to follow, and the taste is delicious. Try it out yourself. Hope you like recipe. 🙂

Soak clams inside salty water for few hours |

Put the clean clams into a cold water pot, until the water boiling, then turn off the stove |

Take all the meat off the shell, and put them in a mixing bowl |

Mince garlics, and put inside the mixing bowl |

Use the back of a knife to smash the cucumbers a little bit, chop the cucumbers into small pieces, and put inside the mixing bowl as well |

Toss a little bit salt, soy sauce and put a few small piece of red/green pepper on the top |

Heat the sesame oil, and pour the oil on the top of the mix |
