I think this is completely wrong, Taking good care your body internally is most important, you skin will shining and glowing from inside out if you are healthy. Of course you need to follow the correct skin care routines as well.

Three red sweet soup can have a different variations, but today I am going to teach you the most basic recipe.

Soak the Red Rice and Red Beans in cold water for 2-3 hours

Discard the soaking water, then put all the ingredients in Instant Pot and cover with 6 Cup of fresh water, click on slow cook button

If you don’t have Instant Pot, you can put all ingredients into a large pot or a slow cooker. For a regular pot, you need to bring it to boil, and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
