1 bag Date Paste You can substitute using red bean paste or any other fillings you prefer
2 Tablespoons Condensed Milk

1 Large eggs Beaten

So cold outside, winter in New York is super chilly. Today is the coldest day in this winter so far, I don’t feel like to go out at all. I am going to relax at home, maybe making a delicious Pastry!
I still have some pastry dough at home, and also I found the date paste from a Chinese market yesterday, I am going to use those two items to create my new masterpiece! 
Let’s start!

Cut Puff Pastry sheet to your desired size

Mix date paste with condensed milk and put the mix to the middle of each piece

Fold each piece and use fork to close the edge

Brush the beaten whole egg to the top of the pastry in order to get intense yellow-golden color with a shiny finish

Preheat the oven to 400 F, and bake them for 20 minutes until golden brown.

After baking them, please wait about 10 minutes to eat. Be cautious it’s hot! Don’t burn your tongue or lips. ;)
