Last couple weeks ago I went to Apple Picking, I was too excited to see all the apples on the trees, so unfortunately I picked too much apples. I am a big food saver, and I don’t like to waste any food. What am I going to do with all the apples?
Ding Dong……I am going to make apple pies and pastries! Very good idea, isn’t it? 😛 😛
Be honest with you, apple pie is not my most favorite dessert, and also I never made it in my life, so today It’s going to be my first time to make apple pie. A little bit nervous, what my apple pie is going to taste like!!
Since it’s my first time, I am going to use a very easy recipe and also I am not going to make my own pie crust. This is my pie looks like:

Apple Pie

It turned out my pie is so delicious, I couldn’t stop eating it! :p Please try the recipe out, so easy to make! I am going to make more apple pies since it becomes my new favorite!
I simply followed Pillsbury’s apple pie recipe, and modified a little bit, please see the link of the recipe.

You can also buy the pie crust from amazon from this link.

I have made some modifications, so it was less sweet and  at the same time I added more ground nutmeg. I like the flavor of nutmeg, so I added ¼ teaspoon nutmeg instead of 1/8.
