Soak clams inside salty water for few hours. Clean and steam the clams until they open.

Smash the Cucumbers

While the clams are steaming, use the back of a knife to smash the cucumbers a little bit,  chop the cucumbers into small pieces, and put inside the mixing bowl.

Mix Clam and Cucumber

Take the steamed clams out of the shells and mix with cucumbers in the mix bowl.

Prepare for the sizzling Hot Oil

Mince garlics and cut the red Thai pepper to small pieces, put both on top of the mix. Season with salt and soy sauce

Sizzling Hot Oil

Heat the sesame oil, and pour the oil on the top of the mix

Toss the mix well and put in a serving plate
