Wash the Ingredients

Wash all the ingredients, and remove pits from the sweet dates

Add the Ingredients

Add Pecans/Walnuts, Oatmeal, and the sweet dates with water into the soy milk machine until the maximum line.

Program Soy Milk Machine

Cover the soy milk machine with lid and press “Select” button to select "Double Thick" or “Rice Paste” program. I have tested both, they are very similar, no difference. Then press “start” button. It takes about 25 minutes to finish the program.

Serve and Enjoy

When the program completed, you will hear the beeping sound. Now you can unplug the machine and open the lid. It's ready to serve now! Enjoy!

If you desire sweeter taste, you can add honey or sugar as you desired.
